Karyalay

One business · every part of it

One business,
One set of records.

Karyalay means office. Most business software is several programs sharing one login, each with its own copy. This is one system — sales, stock, billing, people and your website, together.

  • Your own private setup
  • Take only the parts you need
  • Nothing to connect up
One business, one set of records One unbroken ring carries eight parts of the office — sales, catalogue, stock, orders, invoicing, payroll, people and the website. Each part sits on that same ring, and each is joined by a single line to one store of records at the centre, stamped with the Karyalay seal and lettered "one set of records, read by every part". A single record travels the ring; no copy of it appears anywhere else in the drawing. SalesCatalogueStockOrdersInvoicingPayrollPeopleWebsite ONE SET OF RECORDS READ BY EVERY PART

What it covers

Every part of the office, one system

Not separate products with connectors bolted between them. Parts of one system, all working from the same records. Open each area to see what it holds and how the work moves through it.

Every conversation, against the record it belongs to.

A customer carries their own calls, recordings, meetings, site visits, follow-ups and tasks. Whoever picks it up on Monday can see what was actually said — not merely that somebody rang.

How the work moves

  1. CustomerBegin with one record, including extra contacts, addresses and documents.
  2. ConversationKeep calls, recordings, meetings and site visits against the same history.
  3. Next actionCarry follow-ups and tasks forward so the next person knows exactly what to do.

Why that matters

Most business software is separate programs sharing one login

It is not a small difference in convenience. It decides whether a customer is one record or a copy in every program — and whether the word "connected" means anything at all.

How others do it

A separate program for each job, keeping its own copy.

Four separate program boxes — Sales, Invoicing, Attendance and Payroll — sit apart, each its own duplicate copy of its records, none of them joined to anything.
Account
Its own login, bill and access list.
Again
Typed in twice, kept updated twice.

A separate account for each, the same records typed in twice, and never quite talking to each other.

How we do it

One customer list, one staff list, read by everything.

One record store for customers, staff and products, marked with the Karyalay seal, spined down into the same four jobs — Sales, Invoicing, Attendance and Payroll — each a live connection.
Kept once
One customer, one staff, one product.
The line
Every part reads and writes it. Never copied.

One business. The same records, used by every part of it — nothing here was ever apart.

Built together, not bolted together

The joins are the whole point

Anyone can sell you a long list of features. What is worth having is what happens between them — and that only works when they were one system to begin with.

WebsiteQuotations

A cart on your website arrives as a request you can price.

Already priced, already matched to a customer you have or added as a new one, and one click from becoming a quotation. Nothing is read out of an email and typed back in.

Websites

A site we can actually fix — built to work from your own records

Built and maintained by the people you call, with a direct line to the records your office already uses. That is why we build websites at all.

Assembled from add-ons

Separate parts, separate makers, separate schedules.

Every part is somebody else's, on somebody else's schedule. When an author stops answering, it is your site that stays broken.

Built as a complete piece

KaryalayForge — the same parts, built together.

Built and supported by our team, with clear help when you need it. The builder you edit it in is part of the same piece, and it is ours to fix — which is why we built it.

And it works from your own records

Not a plug-in and not something bought from a marketplace. You give the site a key, choose which branches and what information it may see, and it works with the records your office is already using.

The calls your team makes are business records too

The part of the day that usually vanishes: who rang whom, what was said, and what was promised. It lands on the record like everything else.

Find what fits

Different businesses need different halves of this

A shop and a distributor do not want the same parts switched on, and neither wants all of them on day one. Come at it whichever way you describe yourself.

The software

Look at it, rather than a promise of it

The real screens, drawn live in your own colours — not screenshots that go out of date the week after they are taken.

One list on the account dashboard, carrying today’s work from Forms, Sales, Orders, Inventory, Invoices and Payroll side by side, each row with the action it needs.

Work from every part of the business, on one list. None of it was copied from anywhere — it is one system, read from one screen.

Under it all

The controls behind your everyday work

Karyalay brings stock, payroll, customers and orders into one managed platform. We deliver its supported capabilities and configure the available modules, permissions and connections for your business.

Your business workspace

KaryalayOne

A private workspace for your team inside Karyalay, with its own users, permissions and records. The parts you use work from the same business information.

Controlled connections

key-controlled

Managed access to the records and actions Karyalay makes available. You choose the permitted branches and information for each connection.

Your website

Forge or a compatible site

Karyalay supports connected catalogue, stock, enquiry, quotation and order flows through the available connection.

  1. Your system is yours alone

Your business works in its own protected Karyalay workspace, with separate users, permissions and record access. Karyalay may run on shared infrastructure, but another business does not share your workspace.

  2. Pricing is checked in Karyalay

For supported online-order flows, submitted items are checked against the current catalogue before an order is created. This helps catch stale pages, old carts and altered requests.

  3. Branch access follows your setup

Records follow the branch rules and permissions configured for your business, so people work with the information relevant to their role.

  4. Permissions apply beyond the menu

Available actions check the user’s access when requested. Switching a module off removes it from normal use, while its access rules continue to apply.

  5. Key activity stays traceable

Supported changes record who acted and when. Catalogue, stock and payroll workflows also retain the operational history available in Karyalay.

  6. Use the parts available to you

Modules included in your Karyalay setup can be enabled as needed. The change is applied through configuration while your existing records remain in the same workspace.

One business, not an account for every program. One customer, not a copy of them in each. When a sale on your website raises the order, moves the stock and issues the bill without anyone typing it again, that is not clever joining-up — that is simply one product, built properly.

The family

What we make, for running the business and being seen doing it

One system for the office, and everything a business needs around it — a website, a domain, and the app that keeps things moving when you are not at a desk.

KaryalayOneThe platform

Sales, catalogue, stock, orders, billing, people and projects in your own private setup. Switched on in whatever combination the business runs.

Every part reads the same records, so nothing is typed twice and nothing drifts out of step. Take only the parts the business needs today, and switch on the rest whenever that becomes useful — your own private setup, never shared with anyone else’s.

Before you ask

Questions worth a straight answer

When each job has its own program, each one keeps its own records. The customer in the sales program is not the customer in the billing program; the staff member in attendance is not the staff member in payroll. You end up setting up an account in each, typing the same people in twice, and buying something extra to keep the copies in step. Here there is one business and one customer list — a customer is a single record that sales, billing, your website and the phone all read.

No. One business, one login, one set of people and permissions. Switching a part on adds a section to the same system rather than signing you up to another product with its own setup to do.

No. Every module is independent — you can run billing and customers with no stock, or projects with no payroll. Anything switched off is hidden from the menu and simply will not open, however you try to reach it — so a part you do not use is genuinely not there, rather than sitting greyed out in your way.

Either. A website connects using a key you issue and can take back, limited to the branches you choose and to exactly what you allow it to see — branch details, catalogue, stock, customers, quotations, invoices, payments, orders, projects, enquiry forms and online orders are each allowed or withheld on their own. We build sites that use it, but the door is open to whatever you already have.

Yes, and that is a normal way to start. The Websites line stands on its own — pages, enquiry forms, a presence, and the name you trade under. Join it to the rest on the day that becomes useful, and the enquiries it has been collecting start landing in your enquiry list instead of your email.

It is never allowed to decide the price. When a sale comes in, every line is checked against your own price list before an order is created, and the buyer is matched to your records or added at the same moment. An out-of-date page, an old saved cart or an altered link cannot produce an order at a price you did not set.

More than show you figures. It saves call logs and call recordings from the phone onto the customer they were about, and carries WhatsApp Business — chats, bulk messages, saved replies and auto-replies — in the same app and against the same records. Staff use it for their own attendance, payslips and expense claims too.

Yes, and not as a setting bolted on later. Which branch a record belongs to is enforced deep inside the system; each branch carries its own address, branding and legal details; stock is held per warehouse with transfers between them; and a website is given access to the branches you name rather than to everything.

No. KaryalayOne runs on your own copy of the software, with its own private database and its own login details. Another business’s records cannot appear in yours by mistake, because they are not stored in the same place at all.

Karyalay is a brand of Karyalay Technology Corporation. Karyalay means office — we make the software an Indian business keeps its records in, the site it presents to the world, and the name it trades under.

Tell us what the business does.

We will come back with which parts to switch on, whether a website belongs in it, and what the system deliberately will not do.
